On November 14th, 2018 and pursuant the Relevant Fact issued by the Company related to the filing of a voluntary insolvency proceeding, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (Spanish Securities Market authority, “CNMV”) in its discretion, in accordance with the laws in force (articles 80 to 83 of the Securities Market Act and Royal Decree Law 21/2017, of December 29th), decided to precautionary suspend the negotiation of the shares of ADVEO GROUP INTERNATIONAL, S.A. in the Stock Exchange Interconnection System, as well as in the Bond Market.
Such measure shall be withdrawn by CNMV, according to its own procedures and performance standards, as soon as possible and when the circumstances that have led to the suspension have disappeared, which will be duly reported through a new Relevant Fact We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
